Ivan Dolac is a premium red wine produced from the indigenous Dalmatian variety Plavac mali. Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand at the Ivan Dolac site on the sunny, inaccessible, southern slopes of the island of Hvar. A strong, complex wine with a dark ruby color and a characteristic aroma and varietal taste, which is a reflection of five years of maturation under controlled conditions.
