Respecting the traditional Dalmatian way of producing prosciutto, which is salt sea salt, pressing, smoking and then ripening for a period of twelve months, we have produced prosciutto, which by its taste and aroma is unrivaled in a wide range of all possible products bearing the name and declared under " Dalmatian prosciutto".
